Movie Dropped From Oscar Category For Strange Reason But With Twist
Indo-Canadian filmmaker Deepa Mehta's 'Funny Boy' was removed from Oscar's 'Best International Feature' category for a strange reason. Reportedly, the movie was eliminated for excess usage of English dialogues, as the category allows only movies having non-English dialogues. However, the Academy has informed to reconsider the movie in 'Best Picture' and other categories.
