Mumbai-Bound IndiGo Aircraft Faces Glitch At Goa Airport, Passengers Safely Evacuated
Mumbai-bound IndiGo aircraft encountered a mechanical issue while approaching the Goa airport's runway at approximately 1:27 p.m on August 23. The problem was discovered in the right engine of IndiGo Airbus (VT-IZR). The IndiGo Airbus (VT-IZR) was flying 6E 6097 from Goa to Mumbai and had returned after taking a taxi. It carried 187 people, including four infants, and all of them were successfully evacuated by Indian Navy rescue crews.
