NCRA scientists discovered a hot corona mystery

A group of scientists working at the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA) in Pune has discovered tiny flashes of radio light emanating from all over the Sun. Three scientists have jointly written a paper on their discoveries titled ÔÇÿFirst Radio Evidence for Impulsive Heating Contribution to the Quiet Solar CoronaÔÇÖ, which is published on June 2 in Astrophysical Journal Letters.
