NDRF Teams Reach Bihar For Flood Relief, Rescue Operations
Three NDRF teams reached Patna in special Indian Air Force aircraft from Cuttack, Odisha, for a rescue and relief operation amid floods in Bihar. The 100-members teams arrived with radio sets, satellite fans, and other modern equipment in the flood-affected areas. Reportedly, over 34 lakh people have been affected by the torrents. Bihar's recent heavy rains have caused Ganga and Burhi Gandak rivers to out mark the danger level.
