Nepal takes control of Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura, passes bill in parliament

In an attempt to regain control of Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura from India, the Nepal parliament on Saturday passed a constitutional amendment bill to define its new map. The Bill was passed with majority support as 258 of the 275 lawmakers voted for it in the presence of PM K P Sharma Oli. This move by Nepal has clearly barred New Delhi from any dialogues with Kathmandu.
