No Loudspeaker At Religious Places Without Permission: Maha Govt

The Uddhav Thackeray-led Maharashtra Government restricted loudspeakers at religious places without permission. The announcement came on April 18, after repeated comments of MNS leader Raj Thackeray, who criticized the playing of loudspeakers outside mosques, stating, if it continued, he would play 'Hanuman Chalisa' outside the mosques, amid 'Ramzan'. CM Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil will hold a meeting on April 18, for the same.
