Novak Djokovic Spends 311 Weeks At No 1 Spot, Surpasses Roger Federer
Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic on March 8 broke Roger Federer's record of being the number 1 player in the world ATP rankings for the most number of weeks. Clinching the number 1 title for the first time in 2011, Djokovic has now spent 311 weeks on the top spot, one more than Federer. However, Djokovic with 18 grand slam victories still trails behind the logs of Federer (20) and Rafael Nadal (20).
