Nutritionist Suggest Simple Dietary Changes To Combat Anxiety
Amid increasing COVID-caused mental stress and anxiety, nutritionist Nmami Agarwal said the issues can be handled by making simple tweaks into our everyday diet. Highlighting the correlation between gut health and mental health, she suggested that adding nuts, fish, yogurt, idli, and polyphenol-rich items like coffee and green tea increases the production of healthy gut bacteria in the body. Exercise and a healthy sleeping pattern also work great, she added.
