Opposition Leaders Meet President Over Delhi Riots Probe
Five opposition parties' leaders met President Ram Nath Kovind on September 17 and complained about Delhi police's "biased" probe in the Delhi riots. The leaders claimed that the police did not take action against the hate speeches made by the BJP leaders even after having video proofs. They stated, "Such manufacturing of conspiracy by the Delhi Police is a diversion from identifying and punishing the perpetrators of this communal violence."
