Pakistan Denies Queen's Counsel For Kulbhushan Jadhav
Pakistan dismissed India’s request of appointing an Indian lawyer or the Queen’s counsel for Kulbhushan Jadhav's case. Calling it an 'unrealistic demand', Pakistan said that only lawyers having a license to practice law in Pakistan would be allowed. "Pakistan is not working as per orders of the International Court of Justice," Indian Foreign Ministry affirmed. Earlier, on Islamabad Court's direction, Pakistan gave a four-month extension to Jadhav to appeal against his conviction.
