Pakistan: Opposition Unites Against PM Imran Khan, Demands Resignation
Pakistan’s major opposition parties formed an alliance and asked the PM Imran Khan to resign immediately. The alliance, ‘Pakistan Democratic Movement', adopted a 26-point resolution, and will organise nationwide protests against the PM. It blamed him for instability and compromising the internal affairs of the country. It also demanded for fresh and fair elections. Earlier, former PM Nawaz Sharif, who is on exile, extended his support to the alliance too.
