Partition Museum In WB Represents The Essence Of Partition Movement Of India
A partition museum built on two trams has been inaugurated earlier this week by the Minister Transport, Housing of West Bengal, Firhad Hakim, which represents the essence of India’s partition movement over a time span of 1900 to 1947. The first tram focuses on the resistance against colonial rule from the 1900s. The second car highlights the mass migration and rehabilitation that took place after independence.
