Petrol and diesel prices increased for the tenth consecutive day in India

Petrol and diesel prices increased for the tenth consecutive day by 47 paise and 57 paise per litre, respectively, on June 15. The daily price revision introduced by oil marketing companies since June 7, hiked the petrol price by Rs 4.98 per litre and diesel by Rs 5.23 per litre - a record increase in ten days.
