Physical Activity May Reduce Five Million Deaths Every Year: WHO
WHO said at least five million deaths could be avoided in a year if people involved in physical activity. It also suggested workout times for different age groups. While adolescents are advised a minimum one-hour moderate work out a day, Adults aged between 18 to 64 have been advised for 75-150 minutes of intensive aerobics every week. Who added, workouts help in tackling diseases such as cancer and memory loss.
