PLA Troops Return To LAC At Gogra Post Friction Point
After a 15 month-long standoff, both Indian and Chinese troops have disengaged near Gogra Post in Eastern Ladakh, Patrolling Point 17A. This indicates that the PLA troop has returned to the Actual Line of Control. An understanding to call off the standoff at PP17A was reached during the July 31 Corps Commander talks. However, the other friction points at Hot Springs, Depsang Plains, and Demchok remain unresolved.
