PM Modi Hails Nurses For Their "Vital Role" In Healthy World: International Nurses Day

On the occasion of International Nurses Day, May 12, PM Narendra Modi commended nurses' "dedication and compassion" and emphasized their "vital role" in keeping the world healthy. Every year on May 12, International Nurses Day is observed to honor the contributions of nurses all around the world. It also commemorates the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, an English social reformer and the founder of modern nursing.
