PM Narendra Modi Inaugurates India's First Driver-Less Train
PM Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated India's first driver-less metro train on December 28. With this, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has been listed in the 7% of the world’s total Metro networks that were operated without drivers. Reportedly, the trains would be operated on Delhi Metro's 'Magenta Line'. Moreover, the trains were linked with the National Common Mobility Card, which allows users to pay for travel, toll-duties, and allows cash withdrawals.
