Key appointments were made to the Prime MinisterÔÇÖs Office by the government in the third reshuffle of civil servants on May 29. About 16 joint secretaries have been appointed, 11 are from the non-IAS background. ÔÇ£It is a matter of great joy for us that services other than IAS are being recognised by the government,ÔÇØ said a railway service officer.
