President Kovind To Address UP Assembly Joint Session

President of India Ram Nath Kovind is likely to address the joint session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly, on June 6. Notably, the Yogi Adityanath-led government invited President on the occasion of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava', after passing a unanimous resolution in this regard. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna tabled the special resolution, which was passed by Speaker Satish Mahana after unanimous approval of UP MLAs.
