Proper Quality, Quantity Of Fat Is Must To Avoid Weight Gain: Nutritionist
Nutritionist Pooja Makhija emphasizes on consuming fats in both reasonable quantity and quality to avoid unnecessary weight gain. She says consuming the wrong kind and improper amount of fat makes one overweight. According to Makhija, one must consume 20% of her/his daily calorie-intake from fats that come from natural foods, and avoid bad fats (processed, refined and boxed foods). She added considerable fat-consumption is necessary for proper brain function, avoid infertility and better digestion.
