Pune Police Busts Drug Racket, Arrest 5 People With Marijuana

The Narcotics Cell of the Customs Department in Pune has arrested five people, including two women, who possessed 54 kg of marijuana, confirmed Pune Police on February 17. Sachin Ghagare, Deputy Commissioner confirmed and said the accused procured marijuana from drug trafficking syndicates in Odisha. Moreover, the police registered a case against arrested under sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and launched an investigation.
