Punjab Cops Arrest YouTuber For Making Racist Remarks On Arunachal MLA

Punjab-based 21-year-old YouTuber Paras Singh was arrested in Ludhiana over his alleged racist remarks on Arunachal Pradesh MLA Ninong Ering. In a social media post, Paras represented Ering as a 'non-Indian' and claimed Arunachal Pradesh 'a part of China'. Reportedly, he made the remarks in retaliation to the MLA's request to PM Narendra Modi to ban PUBG Mobile. Arunachal CM Pema Khandu and minister Kiren Rijiju also condemned the remarks.
