Queen Elizabeth II To Not Attend UN Climate Summit Following Doctors' Advice

Queen Elizabeth II said on October 26, that she has "regretfully" chosen not to fly to Glasgow for the UN climate summit on November 1, citing doctors' recommendation to rest. Her presence was designed to launch the climate conference in elegance and magnificence, which runs from October 31 to November 12. Reportedly, she will use a prerecorded video message to give a speech to the gathered delegates.
