Re-launch of India-US Trade Policy Forum: Ministry Of Commerce

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and US Trade Representative Katherine Tai relaunched the Trade Policy Forum (TPF) and agreed to engage on issues that are affecting the trade between the two countries. The bilateral commerce between India and the US is expected to cross USD 100 billion in 2021. Further, both sides expressed satisfaction over the robust rebound in merchandise trade, which showed 50 percent growth over the same period since 2020.
