Regular Walnut Consumption Controls Adverse Effects Of H. Pylori: Study

Daily walnut consumption can diminish the adverse outcomes linked to  Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, as per a study published in the Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition. The study suggested that walnut extracts may facilitate protective proteins and anti-inflammatory responses in the gut, thereby shielding against the ulcer-causing disease. Interestingly, previous studies involving walnuts have also revealed its significance in eliminating the chances of such diseases caused highly due to low hygienic conditions.
