Rs 25,000 Cr Funding Allotted For Ahmedabad - Gujarat Bullet Rail Project

The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited and Larsen & Toubro on November 27 signed a contract agreement valued at Rs 25,000 crore for Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project. The project has become the country’s largest-ever government-funded civil contract. Japanese ambassador to India Satoshi Suzuki stated that it was a much-required project to accelerate economic growth. The workers have been deployed on-ground to construct 325 km rail on the Gujarat side.
