Rumours In J&K Over Shortage Of LPG Create Panic

Rumours on social media over shortage of LPG cylinders for about 2 months created panic in the Jammu and Kashmir valley. However, Bashir Ahmed, Director of Food,Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir assured that people do not need to panic as there is ample supply of gas cylinders. He also added that there are chances of closing the national highway for repair work due to landslides, because of which the rumours followed.
