Sachin Pilot Disqualified by Party Speaker, Notice Challenged at High Court

Speaker CP Joshi issued a disqualification notice to Sachin Pilot, on the grounds of "anti-party activities." Pilot along with 18 other Congress MLAs moved to Rajasthan High Court challenging the notice, on July 16. It is reported that Sachin Pilot and the MLAs were intentionally absent on the party meetings, on July 13 and 14.
