Salman Khan Files Case Against Neighbors; Injunction Plea Rejected

In a case filed against a neighbour, Bollywood star Salman Khan was denied an injunction order, reported UNI. The actor had filed a suit against his Panvel farmhouse neighbor Ketan Kakkad. Khan pleaded that Kakkad needs to be given a restrain order for throwing "false, disparaging and defamatory" allegations against him, which caused him "grave harm, loss and prejudice". The judges granted time to Kakkad's lawyers to file a reply.
