SC Directs Centre To Offer Breaks To Doctors On Covid-19 Duties
Supreme Court's bench lead by Justice Ashok Bhushan on December 15 suggested Attorney General Tushar Mehta of granting a break to doctors working on COVID-19 duties. The bench had expressed their concern about doctors' mental health as they were working for at least eight months. Moreover, the bench opined that long schedule for doctors would be "painful". Abiding the direction, the Attorney General has promised the Apex of offering breaks.
