SC Stays Allahabad HC's "Ram Bharose" Order Over Non-Implementation

The Supreme Court on May 22 observed that the "Ram Bharose" order of the Allahabad High Court regarding the COVID-19 management in UP was non-implementable and stayed its execution. Earlier, the high court had given the order while hearing petitions regarding COVID healthcare system in the state. The apex court stated that the high court must refrain from issuing non-implementable directions and look into the possible things.
