Second Consular Access Given to Kulbhushan Jadhav by India
Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was arrested and imprisoned in Pakistan on charges of espionage, has got second consular access from India on July 16. India has called for "unimpeded and unconditional" allowance, unlike last time. Pakistan claims that Jadhav refused the review petition as offered and instead wanted to file a mercy petition. "Jadhav has clearly been coerced to refuse to file in review" said MEA.
