Service Disruption Faced By 'Signal' Private Messenger App

Signal, a well-known messaging platform, is experiencing service disruptions in several places across the world. Signal has a monthly active user base of 40 million, according to recent data. The company claimed that they are having technical difficulties. Signal app usage on Down Detector has been disrupted from 7:44 AM IST on September 27; recovery is sluggish and may take some time to restore operations.
