South Asian Countries To Face Higher Risk Of Heatwaves, Study Reveals
According to a study by journal Geophysical Research Letters, South Asian countries are exposed to a higher risk of heatwaves. Reportedly, with global warming increasing by 2 degrees, the temperature will rise by three times compared to the recent years. Moreover, Scientists also said that the increased temperatures will disrupt labour conditions in agricultural regions of the country. However, the situation can be kept under check by reducing global warming to the lowest possible.
