Special Court Pronounce 10 Years Rigorous Imprisonment To Rape Convict: Uttar Pradesh

A special court in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh convicted a man for alleged rape and sexual assault on a minor in 2015. The Special Judge for the POCSO court Sangeeta Kumar pronounced 10 years of rigorous imprisonment on the convict Shanu Ali and imposed Rs 70,000 fine, which will be handed over to the survivor. Notably, seven years ago, the victim's father registered an FIR, which was under trial since 2015,
