SpiceJet Flights Impacted Due To Ransomware Attack

SpiceJet airlines fell victim to a ransomware attack, due to which, passengers were stranded at various airports and morning flight departures were impacted, on May 25. Soon after, the airlines started to recieve numerous queries about the delay, after which, SpiceJet tweeted, "Our IT team has contained and rectified the situation and flights are operating normally now." One passenger said, "Extremely poor customer service by SpiceJet. Staff has no clue".
