Cricketer Aravinda de Silva, Former National Selection Committee Chairman of the Sri Lankan team, was the first to be interrogated for six hours by the newly formed anti-corruption unit of Sri Lankan police, in connection to the 2011 World Cup match fixing allegations against India.
