Statue Of Mahatma Gandhi Destroyed In Australia; PM Expresses Concern

Australia's Melbourne city reported some unknown offenders vandalized a life-size bronze statue of Mahatma Gandhi, at the Australian Indian Community Centre. The statue was recently inaugurated by Prime Minister Scott Morrison on November 12. Following the incident, an investigation has been launched and miscreants are yet to be arrested. ''Australia is the most successful multicultural nation in the world and attacks on cultural monuments won't be tolerated,'' said Morrison.
