Stay Hydrated, Avoid Junk Food To Banish Dark Circles
For getting rid of dark circles, nutritionist Dr Rohini Patil suggests consumption of foods containing natural diuretics like watermelon, celery and cucumber. Rohini advises to avoid junk food and artificial diuretics along with alcohol, caffeinated drinks, salty and greasy foods. Proper hydration by adding loads of cucumber in diet is also helpful in reducing dark circles. Putting cucumber-pieces over the eyes and consuming vitamins and fatty acids also bring the positive result.
