Tajinderpal Singh Toor Withdraws From 22 World Championship
Amid injuries, top Indian shot putter Tajinderpal Singh Toor withdrew from the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. As per PTI, Toor sustained a groin injury, ahead of the ongoing World Athletics Championships in Eugene, USA. Notably, days ago, at Chula Vista in USA, the Indian team had World Championships training stint, during which Tajinderpal sustained the injury. Toor said he feared the injury could aggravate, and withdrew from World Championship.
