Take Break From Social Media For Improved Mental Health: Study Reveals
Social media break for a week helps in improved mental health, and reduced depression and anxiety, reveals a study of the University of Bath. The research team conducted the survey on 154 individuals between the 18-72 age group, who were addicted to scrolling Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok for 8-9 hours a day. After a week of staying away from social media, the individuals reported relaxing time with better mental health.
