Take Responsibility For Afghanistan's Reconstruction: Putin To U.S & NATO
At a virtual meeting held in Tajikistan's capital Dushanbe on September 17, President Putin openly blamed the U.S and NATO for the current violent situation in Afghanistan. He said they should bear the responsibility for Afghanistan's reconstruction. Putin also advised the SCO to double its efforts to prevent terrorism in Afghanistan. Siding with Putin, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoev, called for Afghanistan's assets to be released from Foreign banks.
