Tea Does Not Provide Protection From COVID-19: Govt Busts Myth

MyGov India's official Twitter handle has busted the myth that drinking tea provides protection from COVID-19, after people started debating regarding the same. The tweet read, "There is NO scientific evidence that it can prevent #COVID19 or make you recover from it faster. Don't be misled by rumors... and be responsible while forwarding such news." Doctors opine that precautionary measures like masks, social-distancing, vaccination are only ways to avoid COVID-19.
