Terrorist groups in Kashmir actively moving towards Afghanistan, say counter-terror officials

Lashkar-e-Tayyiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, the terrorist groups mostly active in Jammu and Kashmir for years, are moving their operatives to radicalise, train and fight in Afghanistan. According to sources, this is being done since February on directions of Rawalpindi GHQ. As per counter-terror officials in Delhi and Kabul, the focus on Afghanistan by these two terrorist groups showcases the priorities of PakistanÔÇÖs ISI.
