Director of US National Economic Council, Larry Kudlow on July 17, said that there are reports that Tik-Tok might pull of its Chinese Holding Company and rather operate as an "Independent" American Company as an alternative to the ban. This could happen if TikTok is purchased by an American company, also switching the servers from China to America.
