TikTok in Talks with Reliance, Plans to Come Back to India

Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has been approached for investing in Tik-Tok's Indian market. Reportedly, the CEO of Tik-Tok, Kevin A Mayer is in talks with the RIL officials. On the other hand in the United States, Microsoft is also negotiating with the Chinese brand. The deadline set by Donald Trump for this deal is September 15. TikTok was banned citing security threats.
