Afghanistan's Deputy PM of the newly formed Taliban Cabinet, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar finds a place in Times Magazine's list of 100 most globally influential people. He brokered negotiations with America in Doha for the peace deal and withdrawal of American troops. Moreover, the magazine mentions that he made all the major decisions in Afghanistan when the Taliban rose to power, which resulted in the "lack of bloodshed."
