Times Group Head Indu Jain Passes Away Due To COVID Complications

Indu Jain, the chairperson of India's leading media conglomerate 'Times Group', passed away at the age of 84 due to COVID-19 complications. Awarded with the Padma Bhushan in 2016, Jain breathed her last on May 13 in Delhi. Her notable contributions include the formation of 'The Times Foundation' in 2000. Expressing his grief, PM Narendra Modi tweeted, "She will be remembered for her community service initiative, passion towards India’s progress."
