Toolkit Case: Adv Nikita Jacob Seeks Transit Bail From Bombay High Court
Accused of creating the controversial toolkit, Mumbai-based advocate Nikita Jacob has applied for a transit anticipatory bail in the Bombay High Court. Notably, the advocate had been issued a non-bailable arrest warrant by the Delhi High Court for her alleged involvement in the toolkit shared. According to police, the organisation behind the toolkit shared by Activist Greta Thunberg, was 'Poetic justice Foundation'. However, Justice PD Naik will make the judgment on February 16.
