Transgenders Protest In Hyderabad, Demand Seperate Category In Website For TSLPRB Jobs

Outside the office of Telangana Director General of Police (DGP), a transgender group staged a protest demanding the inclusion of a seperate "Transgender" category on the official website of TSLPRB jobs. The protesters contended that other than "Male" and "Female", there's no other category for them in application form, model application form and user guide manual. DGP PRO Venkataramana has acknowledged the incident. Further details are awaited.
